On my walk to work today I happened to look down at just the right moment to see a lonely crumpled $20.00 bill on the sidewalk. LUCKY ME!!!  (sorry to the person who is now $20 dollars poorer)

Change is coming

Thanksgiving!!! As many people know this is my favorite holiday but this year I came to realize that its a lot of freak in work and a lot of money all for just one day. So my family had unofficially decided that next year we are going to get a claim jumper dinner to go!! I must say that if you told me that last year I would have told you otherwise, but I’m happy with the decision.

Jason got his approval for surgery on December 13th it went well.  Im just glad its done with and  now he can recover and move on with his life.

Sorry its been a while…

Im new to this blogging thing, sorry its been a while. I update my myspace more often than this blog. Well whats new? Jason and I have been trying to cope with him not having a job right now. Its difficult to see him upset and in pain. He has been getting the run around from his doctors and Workman’s comp. Its so frustrating to be helpless in the situation we can only make so many phone calls to claims department and our lawyer. Basically it just sucks all around. On a happier note the Holidays are fast approaching and a mixed blessing in all of this is that Jason doesn’t have to worry about time off for Thanksgiving. We are headed to our cabin in the mountains. I cant wait!! I love Thanksgiving so much because we have a beautiful place to have it. It always feels so much like Thanksgiving when we are there.  Well i hope my next post isn’t to far off. take care.

I’m not sure when my obsession began but it has been a long time for sure, I have stumbled upon the best website for squirrel lovers. http://www.surgarbushsquirrel.com I have been very entertained. Hello world!!

So I have decided to try my hand at this blogging thing. I would like our friends and family to be able to keep up with us, as if we are so busy. I don’t know why I said that because we truly are an old married couple.  Jason and I have myspace pages but you can only view them if you too have a myspace. Anyways I was worried I would go on and on about nothing on here…oh wait I am.
